Collective Care
Collective care, rooted in queer, Black feminist, and disability perspectives, emphasizes viewing the well-being of group members - especially their emotional health - as a shared responsibility rather than the duty of one individual. It involves the group collaborating to address intersecting oppressions, enhance well-being within the group, and challenge societal oppression, all while fostering joint accountability and collective empowerment.
